Is the artwork on your website currently available?

Yes, we do our best to keep the website fresh and up-to-date! If a piece is shown online, it should be available here in the gallery. Here are some exceptions:

 

"SOLD": This piece has found its forever home.

 

"Contact for Availability": This likely means the piece was returned to the artist. We can reach out to them for you to see if it's still available!

 

"ON HOLD" or "ON APPROVAL": Another client is currently considering this piece. Let us know if you're interested – we can add you to a waitlist in case it becomes available!

Can I try artwork in my home before deciding to buy it?

Yes, absolutely! We want to make sure you love the piece before you make any decisions. Our "On Approval" service lets you take artwork home for up to a week to see how it fits your space – no pressure! The only info we need is your name and phone number. It's a hassle-free way to try before you buy.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we do! If you're within 50 miles round trip, we can deliver your artwork for a small fee (typically between $25 and $50). You can find more details about delivery on our Services page HERE.

Can you help me hang the artwork I bought?

If you purchased your artwork from Art One, we’re happy to help with installation:

 

Local Delivery: Basic installation is included with your delivery fee.

 

Pickup or Later Installation: We can still help—just ask! A small fee may apply.

 

Please note: We only install artwork purchased through Art One Gallery.

Can you ship artwork I purchase?

We’re happy to assist in getting your new art to you, wherever you need it.

 

For pieces 48” x 48” or smaller:
We’ll arrange for a 4-Day Ground shipment through FedEx, which includes professional packing, shipping, and insurance.

 

Once we receive the total from FedEx, we’ll contact you to collect payment for both the artwork and the shipping charge. You’ll only pay what FedEx charges us.

 

For larger pieces: We partner with a trusted local shipper who builds custom crates to ensure safe transport. This process may take up to a few weeks.

 

For shipping quotes: Inquire online about the pieces you’re interested in and provide your zip code, or give us a call at (480) 946-5076.

 

Once payment is received, you’ll be provided with a tracking number for your shipment.

What is your return policy? Can I exchange artwork?

All artwork sales through Art One Gallery, Inc. are final. 

 

If you’re unsure about a piece, we encourage you to use our "On Hold" or "On Approval" options before making a final decision.

What kinds of art do you feature?

We love variety! We showcase many different styles and mediums (like paintings and ceramics) from about 80 unique artists. You'll find a strong collection of modern, contemporary, and abstract work. The best way to get a feel for what we have is to browse our website or, even better, stop by the gallery for a visit!

Do you buy artwork or offer appraisals?

We do not purchase artwork or provide appraisal services. All the wonderful art you see in our gallery is here on consignment directly from the artists.

Do you accept artwork for resale?

If your piece was originally purchased from Art One Gallery, we may be able to resell your artwork at 50% consignment. You can learn more about our resale process HERE.

I'm an artist. How can I show my work at your gallery?

We're always excited to discover new talent! If you're a local Arizona artist or a student artist, we'd love for you to submit your work for consideration. Please use our online submission process to share your portfolio with us. Find out more and submit your work HERE.

Can I bring my artwork to the gallery for you to view?

We appreciate your enthusiasm! However, to make sure we can give every artist fair consideration, we only accept artist submissions through our official online form HERE. 

 

Please don't bring artwork or photos directly to the gallery for review – using the online portal ensures we see your submission!

Do you frame artwork?

We don't offer framing services at the gallery. If you need framing done in Old Town Scottsdale, we highly recommend Dan’s Frame & Art or Image & Frame – they're right around the corner!

Do you sell art supplies?

We don't sell art supplies in the gallery, however, we have a 501(c)(3) non-profit called the Art One Foundation. If you are a high school or college student, teacher, or classroom representative in need of supplies, the Foundation might be able to help.

Can I donate art supplies?

We often accept donations of supplies like canvases, paintbrushes, and paints for our non-profit, the Art One Foundation. Because our needs and storage vary, please contact us to make sure we can accept your donation before you drop it off.

Do you offer art classes or studio spaces?

Unfortunately, no. We're focused on being a gallery space for up-and-coming artists and currently don’t have the facilities to provide classes or studio rentals. 

 

However, if you’re a teacher who would like to bring your class to the gallery for a field trip, we’re happy to set that up!

Are you open on Sundays?

We take Sundays off! Our gallery hours are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
